Due to the predominance of fats and fatty acids found in almonds, they cannot be distilled into a spirit. In order to obtain pure, natural almond essential oil, we must use special technology. And thanks to California’s sunny climate, the almonds used in our recipe allow us to achieve the finest almond essential with the maximum aromatic balance.
