Unlike conventional bitter almond flavouring, we use natural almond essential oil, ensuring a pure and genuine almond experience. To produce just one litre of this precious oil, 100 kg of fully ripened, top-quality almonds from California are required. Our production process meets the highest standards and strictly adheres to kosher certification requirements.
Czech almonds are not found in almond liqueurs, as the local harvest is neither large enough nor of high enough quality. Instead, many brands rely on artificial flavourings that only imitate the taste of fruit and bitter almonds.While the almond orchards in Hustopeče create a stunning spectacle in spring, California almonds remain the best choice for producing high-quality almond liqueurs.
